Job Description
As a hair transplant technician, you will be responsible for providing essential technical support during hair transplant procedures. You will work closely with our physicians and other team members to ensure that each patient receives the highest quality service and aesthetically pleasing results.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Graft Handling: Prepare follicular units by carefully extracting and preparing them for transplantation, following established protocols.
- Implantation: Participate in the implantation phase by accurately placing follicular units in target areas, respecting natural hair growth patterns to achieve natural results.
- Postoperative Care: Instruct patients on postoperative care and provide detailed guidance to ensure quick healing and optimal results.
- Quality Assurance: Contribute to maintaining the clinic’s high-quality standards by following procedures and protocols and reporting any anomalies or concerns to the medical team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a hair transplant technician or in a similar role is an asset.
- In-depth knowledge of hair transplant procedures and related equipment.
- Exceptional manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with physicians and other team members.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
